We can be there for your emergencies and help you get through a tough situation whether it’s a flooded basement, burst pipes, clogged sewer or water heater problem. We are based in Fulton and work throughout CNY. Established in 2004, we have over 30 years in the plumbing field. We can also do light carpentry to complete your project. Great work and wonderful customer service! We had them out to replace our outside hose spigot as it was leaking. We had to move it due to code rather than replace it and they moved it where we wanted it and saved us money by coming up with a better solution than we had in mind! The technicians were on time, took care to keep our house clean during the work, fast and professional. They walked me through all of the work done when finished and showed me how the new spigot and shut off worked. Fast response, great work, and responsive customer service! Cannot say enough good things! 🙂

I had Pat to our house a couple of times including a backed up sewer line and for some new installs like a Instant Hot water heater and switching our electric stove over to a gas line. Pat was incredibly professional every time he came over and even remembered little details about me a year later. They weren't cheap, but reasonable and worth every penny, IMO. I'll continue to not only use them but also recommend them to anyone in the area.

Great service. Called them and they sent someone the next day to repair a broken pipe. Not only did they discover the pipe was broken, it was also split. It was repaired and attached under the camp. Very reasonable rates, prompt service. I would recommend them to anyone. It's nice having someone reliable to do buisness with.

5 stars all around! I am so impressed with their level of professionalism and service. We were having a problem with our 7 year old water heater. We couldn’t get the pilot light to work and we were sitting without hot water for a full week. Before we called Do It Right we called our usual plumber service, but our favorite one quit the company so they sent a new one. The new one was trying to scam us out of hundreds to thousands of dollars and didn’t want to try to figure out how to light the pilot light. We had him leave and the next day we searched for a new one and found Do It Right. They were here for 5 minutes and got the pilot light to light in less than 2 seconds. They were so helpful and now we finally have hot water again! They will be our new plumbers for all future needs.

I had a leak going from the waste pipe to the main stack. It resulted in some galvanized pipe being replaced with PVC. They also fixed an issue with the drain line for my washer for free while they were at it. Fair price for time spent and everything is working great now. Guys were nice, efficient and left everything in good order. Would use again.
